• Overall co-ordination / Conference Management

  Set-up of dedicated websites, design&printing&distributing of invitations, programs, highlights, proceedings including collection of manuscripts and medical writing, publication on electronic media, name badges, posters. 
  
• Faculty handling  
  Invitations, transport, accommodation, honoraria and expenses, presentation support, briefing and rehearsal. 
  
• On-site assistance  
  Contracting of qualified companies for audio-visual support, interactive response system and catering, arranging for staging and decoration of the meeting room, and multi-lingual service during the meeting. 
  
• Fundraising  
  Analyse the potential sponsor revenues, sponsor options and pricing. Distribution of sponsor brochure and active personal acquisition. Management of all contracts and financial aspects with sponsors and exhibitors. 
  
• Exhibition Management  
  Floor plan design, production of exhibitors manual, decoration and signage, security, cleaning, personal on-site assistance. 
  
• Accounting  
  Verify and take care of all outstanding charges, provide you with an accounting summary.
