ITBholland is a destination management Company for the Benelux countries, founded in 1980 by Mr. G.John Buyink.

Management: Rene Buyink, President. Directors and partners are Jaap Snijders and Marcel Buyink. The company employs 22 full time staff including Director of Sales & Operations, Senior Account Managers, (Assistant) Account Managers, FIT department, Operations, Contracting and Administration.
To process FIT as well as group bookings efficiently ITBholland has installed software program Travelstudio. This reservation system stores all data relevant to handling bookings and processes confirmations, vouchers, etc. and controls the hotel-allotments as well. The FIT department has 4 full-time employees.

ITBholland handles incoming traffic only. Major markets are Europe, USA and Australia. Free-lance staff and guides are contracted per project and selec¬ted on particular skills, fitting the event.

ITBholland and its management are members of SITE, VIRTUOSO, ETOA, MPI and the Dutch Association VNC (Congress Organization).
